In 2025, we managed the communication for the second edition of Netretail Books, the Netcomm research dedicated to the search and purchasing habits of books among Italians.

We participated in all phases of the project, from supporting the research effort to managing press office activities for disseminating content in the media. The project included various communication plans that together helped reinforce Netcomm's strategic role in the editorial landscape.

Once the survey results were collected, we organized a private meeting with some of the key stakeholders from the Italian editorial scene where the research data were previewed and discussed. On this occasion, we handled content preparation, contacts with speakers, and moderation.

Subsequently, a public meeting was held at the Turin Book Fair for the official presentation of the study. At this stage, we managed the scouting and engagement of the moderator and speakers, coordinated the event, and maintained contact with the Book Fair's organizers and two press agencies with which a media partnership was activated. The event gained extensive coverage on social media, thanks in part to the presence of two booktokers among the speakers.

The media relations activities managed by Create PR for this project generated 164 media appearances, including a major preview in Il Sole24Ore, online publications, articles in national newspapers, interviews on radio programs, and press agency releases.
