In 2025, on the occasion of the XX edition of the Netcomm Forum, the annual national benchmark event on digital retail, we managed communication activities through three main phases: pre-event, on-site, and post-event. The pre-event activities included five press releases, media partnerships, and personalized invitations to journalists. The on-site execution involved managing a dedicated PR team, distributing a digital press kit, and creating video content. Post-event activities included a closing press release and a comprehensive report on media coverage. The campaign achieved significant results with a total of 703 media appearances (a 35% increase from the previous year), including 80 press articles, 609 online articles, TV and radio coverage, and 11 press agency launches. The event attracted 121 accredited journalists and successfully positioned Netcomm and Roberto Liscia as industry thought leaders through extensive data coverage and key insights.
