For the market launch of the SoundLink Max portable speaker, we created, with the support of an external supplier, a capsule collection of 20 gift boxes to be offered to a targeted selection of Italian content creators and influencers. This activity allowed us to: a) amplify the product's launch in the Italian market, b) increase Bose's brand awareness in Italy, c) boost traffic on the client's social media and on Bose.it, d) reach a targeted audience: Gen Z and millennials passionate about sports and music, who could discover the speaker through the social profiles of their fashion icons. The strategy included creating a box containing the device and three gadgets, with some suggestions for various use occasions of the product: from morning workouts, alone or in a group; to afternoons at the pool, park, or beach, up to evenings for a sunset drink and an impromptu party with friends and family. With the support of our supplier, we completed all phases of the gift box creation: ideation, design, and shipping to talents in about 3 months.
The activity allowed us to engage and connect with 20 content creators representing 6 different sectors, including Fashion, Music, Sport, Dance, Tech, and Lifestyle, reaching an equally diversified audience. The contents - including unboxing stories, posts, and reels on Instagram and TikTok - reached over 7.8 million potential unique users.
