In 2024, we announced the results of Amazon's FBA Donations program, through which the company assists third-party sellers in donating unsold products to charitable organizations throughout Italy.
We have communicated Amazon's commitment to charity and support for third-sector organizations, as well as emphasizing Amazon's dedication to contributing to the development of an increasingly circular economy by giving unsold items a second life and keeping them in use.
We developed a communication plan that included a press launch coordinated with the eleven charitable organizations involved in the donation project, focusing on local publications in the area where each association operates. We also offered a preview to the national agencies ANSA and ITALPRESS, who covered the news and featured the content on their online sites. The media relations activity allowed us to achieve coverage of over 200 articles across national, local, and niche publications dedicated to logistics and environmental and social sustainability.
