In 2024, Amazon inaugurated its first Disaster Relief Hub in Europe, a specialized center for emergency response through which the company will store over 1,000 pallets of first aid products and use its global logistics network to send necessary products to nonprofits and partners in communities affected by natural disasters. During the inauguration, we organized a press tour and planned an omnichannel communication strategy to highlight the project and communicate the company's mission in helping disadvantaged communities.
