The 9th edition of FORME was presented today: from October 18 to 20, Bergamo will host the event dedicated to enhancing the dairy sector.

Today at the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce, the press conference was held to present the ninth edition of FORME, the event dedicated to the world of cheese with the aim of enhancing and promoting the entire Italian dairy sector, both nationally and internationally.

Attending the conference were: Maria Paola Esposito, Secretary General of the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce, Pietro Castelli, board member of the Lecco Como Chamber of Commerce, Elena Carnevali, Mayor of Bergamo, Alessandro Beduschi, Councilor for Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, Giovanni Malanchini, President of the Special Commission for Autonomies of the Lombardy Region, Gloria Cornolti, Head of Territorial Development Services, Europe Office, Equal Opportunities, Tourism and Sport, Culture Province of Bergamo, Roberta Garibaldi, President of the Italian Wine and Gastronomy Tourism Association and Francesco Maroni, President of the FORME Project, moderated by Alberto Gottardi, Vice President of the FORME Project.  

FORME IN ITALY is the theme of the edition that will be held in Bergamo from Friday, October 18 to Sunday, October 20, to celebrate the quality and uniqueness of Italian dairy products, emphasizing the value they bring to our cultural, economic, and gastronomic heritage. The objective of the 2024 edition, which will be inaugurated on Friday, October 18 at 5:00 PM in Piazza Vecchia, is to narrate the deep connection between cheese and the territory, creating a true cultural identity that unifies Italian cheese.
