Elmec's Sustainability Week: Well-being, Environment, and Community. The three pillars of Elmec for building a sustainable enterprise.

Elmec Informatica celebrated the fourth edition of Sustainability Week from June 9th to 13th at the Brunello Campus (VA), unveiling the 2024 Sustainability Report and reaffirming its commitment to well-being, the environment, and the community. Among the most significant initiatives, 6,021 meals were distributed to employees who opted for green transportation, while the 50X50 Challenge project allowed for a total of 24,133 kilometers to be covered and 15,000 euros to be donated to the Italian Union of Blind and Visually Impaired. Elmec also established a partnership with Serenis for psychological support to employees and promoted cultural and sports activities in the community. Events such as the photo exhibition, Ecomarket, farmers' market, and 'Brunellina' enhanced the integration between the company, community, and environment, confirming sustainability as a strategic and cultural lever.
