Amazon enables the donation of products worth over 10 million euros to charities in Italy

Since the beginning of 2023 until today, Amazon has helped its selling partners donate products worth over 10 million euros to charitable organizations across Italy. These donations have given a second life to unsold items by keeping them in use, contributing to the development of an increasingly circular economy and providing charities and their beneficiaries with a variety of products, ranging from essential items to supplementary functional goods. Amazon enables third-party sellers to donate unsold products through the Amazon Fulfillment Donations program. Through the program, Amazon eliminates the main obstacles sellers face when donating, identifying charities according to different needs and managing the costs and logistics of shipping products to these organizations.
